Double Vest is a very simple gilet with a modern twist. The use of color and moss stitch give to its simple lines a particular allure, making this garment at the same time casual and elegant, not to mention it’s also double face and unisex.
I designed Double Vest for her son, to embrace him in a soft hug; she used acrylic wool blend to make it easily washed and dried – with children you never know…. 😀 and she played with color to make it a joyful gilet for him.
He really enjoyed wearing Double Vest and posing for pictures, you can see he is more than happy with the garment mum made for him and it suits perfectly. Gifting handmade is a great way to remind ourselves that love is in the simplest of things.
