UFC (weeks 7-9)

Good morning.

So I’m à nouveau here. With the UFC training. I really love this kind of workout, with kicks and punches.

After you’ll have the relax in your brain.

Well after a little stop, I restarted. I made the 7-9 weeks.

Striker strength is ok, but my favourite is the grapple strenght.

With weights 1-2 kg.

As usually, I’ve replaced the shark attack with the HIIT of Les Mills Combat. (great, a lot of power and energy).

Thigh: 55-54  cm

Waist: 72-71 cm

Hips: 93-92 cm

Arm: 29-29 cm

Weight: 62.4- 61.3 kg
